We are a family company based in beautiful Devon, South West England with our workshop and offices, and shortly opening a new showroom. We also have a Northern sales and installation team that are based in Osmotherley, North Yorkshire. They can show you a working hot tub and carry out site visits to help with your order.

We can build circles, ovals, rectangles and squares using our premium cedar, Alaskan cedar and Teak. A great timber we've used on some very special projects is the slow growing Alaskan Yellow Cedar it's a tough, solid tree and the hardest known cedar in the world, while also boasting exceptional longevity.

There are no liners or acrylic shells in our hot tubs just wonderfully tactile and aromatic cedar. All our wooden hot tubs are 49 or 1245mm to the rim.

Just had my cedar wood hot tub installed and i am really impressed with the quality of the product. The guys from Riviera who installed the tub were excellent and explained fully what was going on and how to operate the tub. They carried out a really professional job ensuring that i was happy every step of the way. Very impressive. I have since contacted riviera a couple of times for some advice and their support been second to none.

We have had nothing but excellent service from Riviera Hot Tubs since our hot tub was installed by them in 2011. Helpful advice is only a telephone call away and, should a visit be necessary, the wait isn't too long. We continue to get great pleasure from our cedar hot tub thanks to Riviera. Thoroughly recommended!

The Riviera team have been wonderful throughout the purchasing, installation and follow up for our lovely hot tub. We had a few issues with water quality which Robin and the team addressed with great care and consideration - everyone who came out to service the tub was friendly and helpful. The hot tub is outstanding and has been an amazing addition to our home which we've had such good use this year, a godsend during lockdown. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We first approached Riviera in their showroom and after a friendly informative chat we booked a site visit. The site visit was professional, knowledgeable and realistic with suggestions about size, location and timetable. As a result we placed an order which was delivered and installed to an agreed cost and timescale. They helped us source a local electrician to install the power supply required.

Always excellent service from Riviera! Had a carpenter out earlier in the year to put a lovely ‘capping ‘on the edges which after many years hard use were beginning to deteriorate (should have done it in first place we now realise). More recently had engineer out who did a great job servicing and replacing worn oout touch pad. Happy to recommend the hot tub and service from Riviera.

Since we had our hot tub installed we have used it most nights. It is without doubt the best hot tub we have been in. The cedar wood is very high quality and the log burner is powerful which when used with the electric heater, gets the tub up to temperature in a couple of hours even in the frosty weather we have had recently.
We have tried the plastic lined shallow lie back tubs but they don't give you the buoyancy that the cedar tub does.
The riviera is not the cheapest tub around but it is the best and we consider it value for money.

I bought an old Rivera Hot Tub off eBay and needed to refurbish it. Matt and Dan from Rivera have been a great help and even delivered a second step to finish my rebuild. They gave advice about sealing the tub, checking the system and tightening the stainless bands. What a great company to help someone who has not bought directly from them, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience and even better product! We love our 6 foot cedar hot tub. Our experience with staff at Riviera has been top notch from day one. They visited the site, provided us with very helpful information. Install was a bit tricky but they handled it beautifully. Returned for free to commission it months later (our timing was a bit awkward due to renovations) and they've continued to field my questions with a helpful and willing attitude. Best of all, we LOVE our hot tub and it has exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
