Don't expect any assistance if you have issues down the line, top roller on bifold door broke after 4 years and they wanted 88 for a replacement part.
Wasn't surprised though.

I came across The Bifold shop online after having had several quotes and (bad) experiences from other providers. Our project is a gable ended extension with bifold doors and triangular windows above a steel RSJ. My initial contact was with Scott who I found was very patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained options well and got back to me in a timely fashion with a quote. I then had a survey done by Alan who was very helpful in his advice about the sill and the glass in our gable end. He reassured me the install will not be a problem and the guys will iron out any issues such

Ive been really impressed by the level of service throughout, from first contact to post installation. Clear pricing and straightforward information about ordering, payment and installation date. I was contacted on the morning and they arrived as promised to install the doors. The 2 men who did the installation did a great job and left the area tidy which was nice too. I would absolutely recommend the Bifold shop.
