Sanding down and repair to all timber. In extreme cases we may need to replace sections of wood. This is usually evident at our free inspection so any additional costs won't be a surprise. All timber work is carried out by qualified carpenters. Re-assembly of sash lights including new fasteners and security ironmongery where required.
