I had a fault with my door which I had fitted several years ago, I contacted Permadoor who with no quibble or fuss sent me a replacement part free of charge the next working day. First Class service and a personal thanks to Mickey who provided me with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I was delivering there a few days ago and they claimed the parcel wasn't received. I received a consession for that, which wasn't fair, therefore I won't be delivering them anymore for sure! guaranteed.

I have been waiting since July for a fitting. No one turned up. Rebooked only to be cancelled the day before and still haven't heard back to reschedule. Avoid this company.
