Carpet Cleaning
Our hot water extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens from carpets. Using non-toxic solutions, we restore fibres to near-new condition while preventing re-soiling. The process includes pre-treatment, agitation, and thorough rinsing to eliminate 99.7% of bacteria, ensuring safe, hygienic results for homes and businesses in Sussex.
Rug Cleaning
Professional offsite rug cleaning using specialist techniques for wool, silk, and synthetic fibres. Our low-moisture system prevents shrinkage while removing embedded pollutants. The process includes dust removal, stain treatment, and pH-balanced cleaning to preserve colours and textures, extending the life of valuable rugs.
Upholstery Cleaning
Effective sofa and chair cleaning with non-residue solutions that protect fabric integrity. Our low-moisture system dries in 1-2 hours, removing stains and allergens without damaging upholstery fibres. The process includes pre-vacuuming, spot treatment, and protective finishing to maintain furniture appearance and hygiene.
Mattress Cleaning
Deep mattress sanitisation targeting dust mites, bacteria, and allergens. Using non-toxic biocidal treatments, we eliminate contaminants while preserving mattress structure. The process includes vacuuming, stain removal, and anti-microbial protection to improve sleep quality and extend mattress lifespan.
Allergy Cleaning
Specialist allergen reduction treatments developed in partnership with Allerg-Stop. Our system removes pet dander, pollen, and dust mites using certified methods. The process includes HEPA vacuuming, steam treatment, and application of allergen-neutralising solutions to create healthier indoor environments for allergy sufferers.

Have used this company for many years now and have always been completely satisfied. This is the first time Mickey has worked here but we are just as satisfied as we always were with Spencer.

I first contacted Spencer as we had an infestation of fleas and I was at my wits end and so hesitant to use chemicals with small children in the house and a very sensitive son. I thought that carpet cleaning may help eradicate the problem, Spencer was very honest and said although its really good, in his experience the fleas can hide when they hear the vibrations of the machine and suggested that spraying the house myself first would be a better option and then a couple of days later they could come and clean the carpets and get rid of the toxins from the spray. We stayed away for the weekend

This is the third time weve had Spencer out now to clean our living room carpet and we also included our two sofas in the clean. Everything came up like brand new, it really makes such a difference to the overall look. Spencer is very professional and punctual too, he always replies to my messages & does a great job. I would highly recommend him & his team and will continue to use them going forwards.

This is the first time we've used Spencer, we've used other local companies and the results have been disappointing. The carpets cleaned have come up better than any other provider removing all the stains we've struggled to deal with over a number of years. Very professional, great value and outstanding service we are already scheduling the next rooms.
