JTP did a 5* job on refurbing my sash windows- the draught proofing has made a big improvement to noise levels and heating . Rob was very skilled and he worked really hard, going above what was expected. He cleaned up everyday and kept me posted on progress / what would be happening when. Would recommend Rob and the JTP team for a professional job.

We now have some beautiful traditionally made double glazed, double hung timber sash windows fitted to our mid 19th century house which match the originals. The whole process has been a pleasure from the initial enquiry right through to the final signing off. The management made it clear how the whole process would work, and they met their programme. The installers who came to the house were a joy to have around and were so clean and tidy that we hardly noticed they were here. Excellent job well done.

JTP have just completed the replacement of UPVC with timber windows and exterior doors throughout our Edwardian farm cottage. From the first discussions to completion they have been professional, knowledgeable and they clearly care deeply about their product and about customer care. The fitting team have been a pleasure to have around and have minimised disruption as much as possible. They have also been flexible and practical when it came to dealing with the challenges presented by an old property. At every stage they have been keen to make sure we were happy and the finished product looks beautiful
