Lambe Construction has built a reputation for providing industry-leading civil engineering solutions to a variety of clients across the Midlands, including: Bellway Homes, Keepmoat Homes, St Modwen Homes, Kier Living, Miller Homes, Countryside and Redrow Homes. A forward-thinking business built on family values, we undertake contracts ranging from 500k to 30m focussed on the residential and major infrastructure sectors.

We believe our greatest strength is our passionate and dedicated staff. Over the past 12 months, we have invested in a new training centre to deliver our in-house apprenticeship programme which will help train the future leaders of the business. The recruitment of a Wellbeing Manager has also enabled us to offer wide-ranging support to our staff, in the pursuit of one of our key objectives of ensuring M. Lambe Construction is a fulfilling place of work that enhances people's lives.
