Keith was brilliant. I reached out to him via WhatsApp in the evening and he responded straight away. He arrived the next morning and cleared our blockage quickly and cleanly. He used his camera to check for any issues to be aware of in future and left everything spotless. Incredibly efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend Jetadrain.

Brilliant service, came out nice and quickly, fixed the problem despite me giving him the wrong information initially, then diagnosed the fault to prevent reoccurrence (without being asked to and for the same fee)

I found this company through an advertisement on the Red Card and it said no call out charge. But beware. Keith was at my house for 5 minutes and Ive been charged 95 + Vat. I think a reasonable person would have felt pretty wrong about charging for the full hour when all he had to do was remove a few stones. 114 to move some stones from a drain. I would have much rather paid a small call out charge. Lesson learned. Daylight robbery. He was not very nice to deal with either. When I said, dont you care about repeat business or recommendations he said Ive got plenty of business

Blocked drain cleared and cleaned, tree roots removed, cctv check. Excellent and thorough job in all respects. Very prompt arrival after my call. Problem solved quickly, drain cleared and cleaned, cctv inspection, and further roots removed to prevent early recurrence. Friendly and good value for what was effectively an emergency.
