The tiles are great and the customer service was great until I questioned them about charging me £6 for a tube of silicone which I never got and then they just ignore your messages. Yes it's only £6 but I shouldnt have to pay for something that I never received.

Sadly, we have had a really bad experience with this store buying tiles. Worst customer experience weve ever had. This company gave us a delivery time scale of 3 weeks, tiles did not come for almost 5 weeks. As a result we had to mess around our scheduled tiler. When asking for updates regarding our order we were told lies, given a different time scale each time which later turned out to be the store guessing rather than chasing up the order. This resulted in our tiler being delayed twice which was terrible. We now missed out on our tiler and have had to have carpets fitted before hand due
