CCTV Drain Surveys
Our advanced CCTV drainage inspections identify blockages, cracks, and root ingress with precision. Using high-resolution waterproof cameras, we navigate pipes to diagnose issues like leaks and corrosion. This non-invasive method provides recorded evidence for accurate repairs, preventing unnecessary excavation while ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Drain Unblocking
We tackle stubborn blockages using high-pressure water jetting and electro-mechanical systems. Our specialists remove grease build-up, tree roots, and foreign objects from domestic and commercial drainage systems. Fixed pricing ensures transparency, with same-day service available for urgent situations across Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Drain Repairs
Our engineers repair cracked or collapsed drains caused by ground movement or root ingress. We employ patch lining and full pipe replacement methods, offering cost-effective solutions that prevent property damage. Emergency repairs are prioritised with rapid mobilisation to minimise disruption for residential and business clients.
Plumbing Services
We handle burst pipes, leaking fixtures, and wastewater system failures. Our services include toilet repairs, tap replacements, and emergency plumbing solutions. Combining traditional expertise with modern techniques, we resolve urgent issues while providing preventative maintenance to avoid future problems in residential and commercial properties.
Drain Maintenance
Preventative maintenance plans keep drainage systems operating efficiently. We clean storm drains, remove silt build-up, and inspect pipework for early signs of wear. Regular servicing reduces flooding risks during heavy rain, particularly for commercial properties and schools where system reliability is critical to daily operations.

Neil is a very cheerful, helpful guy. Even though he was having trouble with the job he was doing for me, he kept going until he sorted it! Even cleaned up afterwards too! I would definitely use again and certainly recommend to anyone. Thanks Neil 👍

Highly recommend this company. From our initial call to completed job, Neil and his team were so professional. He phoned to give us an estimate of his arrival time and when he arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem. He managed to clear out a very blocked drain and left the pathway pristine afterwards. A quick efficient and professional job, reasonably priced.

Top notch service! Neil came out same day to unblock a drain and potentially do some inspection work. With the drain sorted he had a look around and supplied us with all the info we needed without the need to stick cameras down, saving us a bit of cash.

Fantastic Service from Neil & his team. Contacted Spectacular Plumbing and Drainage to have a drain CCTV surveyed at our property. Neil managed to arrange for David to attend the same day and David was very professional and knowledgeable. David was more than happy to answer any questions I had and showed me the CCTV footage during the visit. David provided feedback straight away on the condition of the drain. I would highly recommend Spectacular Plumbing and Drainage.
