We are absolutely delighted by the end product. The service has been amazing from the beginning to the end and the quality of the product is outstanding.
Alessandra has been amazing, professional and dedicated. She took the time to understood what we wanted and she assisted us to design the bookshelf unit that we wanted. The installation from Marco was great and the customer service and follow-up from Andrea throughout the process perfect. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Alessandra in this company as she has amazingly dealt with my TV UNIT project and guided me with the entire design for my living room. Such a professional, valuable and patience person. I can't describe how professional and competent she is in her job, not to mention about her valuable experience in the profession. I highly recommend to have a consultation with her.

We are in love with our purchase, it is really looks like in the picture and the quality is definitely the best. The service was even better!! Definitely I recommend 1000% my Italian living. Since day one Andreas helped us a lot to find the product with the specification we were looking for (which were many) and he kept us posted during the process, he really pays attention to the product we needed and he found it for us
I am really happy with my purchase and my bedroom looks amazing with my new bedside tables, chest of drawers and the tall boy.
Thanks

I've ordered a changing table from Pali on 22 May; a few days after the order, I was sent an email with an estimated date of arrival, which should have been end of June; with big surprise I was contacted last week to confirm that the product was going to be delivered this week, and in fact it arrived today; I really liked the product, really good material and nice looking; it arrived partly assembled, which I wasn't expecting, but I definitely appreciated. I also appreciated the fact that I was kept updated at all times; Alessandra has been wonderful in ensuring all my questions were answered.
