Services
Crown Reduction
Crown reduction carefully prunes tree branches back to growth points to maintain structural integrity while reducing canopy size. This prevents damage to buildings and infrastructure while preserving tree health. Our arborists follow BS3998 guidelines to ensure balanced pruning that maintains aesthetic appeal and minimises stress to the tree.
Crown Lifting
Crown lifting increases ground clearance by removing lower branches to improve access for pedestrians and vehicles. This technique maintains tree health while creating safer, more navigable spaces. Our team carefully selects branches for removal to preserve structural balance and prevent decay.
Crown Thinning
Crown thinning selectively removes branches to increase light penetration while maintaining tree shape. This improves plant growth beneath the canopy and reduces wind resistance. We remove no more than 30% of the crown to ensure continued tree health and structural stability.
Section Felling
Section felling safely removes trees in confined spaces by dismantling them piece by piece. Using ropes and rigging equipment, we control branch descent to prevent property damage. This method is essential for trees near buildings or with limited falling space.
Stump Removal
Stump removal eliminates tree remnants using specialist grinding equipment. This prevents regrowth and prepares sites for replanting or development. Our process minimises ground disturbance while ensuring complete removal of major root systems.

Just had the guys from aerial tree care round to remove our conifer hedge. They have done a fab job and did excatly what I wanted them to do. They checked with me as the job moved along to make sure I was happy with how it was going. More importantly they cleaned up after the hedge was removed and also made sure my neighbours garden was free from any debris they had created. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of job done.
