Repeated phonecalls with promised call backs over a 3 month period, and I still have a double-glazed window that is bowed in the middle and i can hear everything outside. This company does little to address customer issues.

This market is saturated by companies throwing out sub-standard goods. Frame Fast is better than most, but still has a lot to do to improve.
