Acorn Windows Nottingham has made a superb job of our Orangery. From planning, building, fitting of the lantern roof, windows and bifold doors, all the work has been done to a very superb standard. Finishing the exterior with render blends the new extension perfectly with our period property. Couldn't be more pleased. We have since asked Acorn to replace our old porch door and fit a new front door and side window for another family member. Would highly recommend.

After having our new bespoke door booked in since the middle of October, and paying a deposit, we had the installation cancelled twice, just the afternoon before it was due to take place at 8.30am the next morning. Being a several times returning satisfied customer, we have now cancelled our order due to their unwillingness to offer any discount or compensation for the inconvenience this has caused us. Originally they even told us that we were still obliged to pay for the door, due to it being made to measure, but after involving the Managing Director, he 'decided' they'd use it in their showroom
