Phoned in a small order for 9mm plywood cut to size. Great service both on the phone and on collection. Final price was less than originally quoted due to clever cutting of the sheet. Top marks!

Great service! I called up Bates with clueless concept of building decking in my garden, I gave a chap called Gavin measurements and within 10 mins he gave me a price and organised exactly how much timber I needed and low and behold everything gets delivered I've built my decking with a little over what I needed. Perfect service and great quality product! If I could give 6 Stars I would!!
