We ordered four of the Prismatic lights (two of each style) for our hall, stairs and landing of our Victorian home. They arrived quickly and very well packaged. The quality of all parts is beautiful - we absolutely love them.

I am a lighting designer who uses a variety of suppliers. Suppliers are often the cause of many headaches and I asked Artifact if they could send me some lights at really short notice. They helped me in such a way that is not common in the industry as they went the extra mile to help me. Thank you Artifact for your wonderful service.

Would definitely buy from here again. Such good customer service, replaced a part free of charge, on hand to help if you're not so great at the DIY installation like me! The light is up and looks fantastic.
