Carpet Cleaning

Our professional carpet cleaning service utilises high-powered truckmount systems to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. We employ a five-step process including pre-vacuuming, pre-treatment, agitation, hot water extraction, and accelerated drying. This method extends carpet lifespan while ensuring fast drying times of 1-2 hours. Ideal for both residential homes and commercial premises, our service restores carpets to like-new condition using eco-safe cleaning solutions.

Upholstery Cleaning

Specialist upholstery cleaning for sofas, chairs, and soft furnishings using truckmount extraction and WoolSafe-approved products. Our technicians handle delicate fabrics with care, removing stains and odours while preserving material integrity. The process includes pre-inspection, vacuuming, stain treatment, and steam cleaning, leaving upholstery refreshed and sanitised without over-wetting.

Hard Floor Cleaning

Comprehensive hard floor cleaning for natural stone, tiles, and safety flooring using rotary machines and pH-neutral solutions. We remove grime buildup, seal surfaces, and restore shine through oscillating technology and impregnating sealants. Services cover limestone, slate, Amtico, and quarry tiles, with optional sealing to enhance durability and appearance.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

Deep cleaning service designed to meet landlord requirements and secure deposit returns. Includes five-stage carpet cleaning, hard floor restoration, and stain removal. We tackle high-traffic areas and hard-to-reach spaces, using commercial-grade equipment to achieve inspection-ready results within tight deadlines for tenants and property managers.

Commercial Cleaning

Tailored cleaning solutions for businesses using low-moisture systems that minimise downtime. Our services cover carpets, upholstery, and hard floors in offices, hotels, and schools. Flexible scheduling outside business hours ensures minimal disruption, with regular maintenance plans available for ongoing hygiene and appearance management.

We needed a deep clean of the Karndean flooring in our house. From my initial enquiry Matt was really helpful and provided excellent advice. The team were friendly and professional, taking really good care of all furniture, walls and the house whilst they worked and cleaned the floor. They were excellent and really thorough in their approach. The clean has completely transformed my flooring. I could not have been happier with the service provided.

Fabricmax did a cracking job cleaning the carpets in my house. They were professional and very helpful in answering my questions as this was my first time getting carpets professionally. Arrived on time and protected other surfaces, wore overshoe covers, and explained everything. I was under no illusions about the damage my carpet had suffered from the 5 small kids using the rooms over 5 years but they did an amazing job and my home feels and looks clean!

My carpet was damaged and covered in a coating of spray paint after I had sprayed an iron fireplace indoors! I was expecting to need to replace the carpet but thought it was worth asking Matt to look at it although not hopeful
Amazingly after Matt got to work on the carpet it now looks like new, it was unbelievable. The paint is to withstand temperatures of 650 degrees but obviously not up to Matts cleaning machine! Thanks again Matt, we are obviously very happy
Id recommend using Fabricmax to anybody especially if you have an issue like we did

Absolutely outstanding service from initial email to them actually coming out! Matts email responses were efficient and timely. Kate and Jack arrived on time, polite, professional and Kate explained the whole process from beginning to end. They protect other surfaces, no mess left and the results are remarkable. Will definitely recommend to others and will be using ourselves again when needed.
