BUYER BEWARE: Steer clear of Acquapuro taps supplied by Tapstore.com - the manufacturer initially failed to sent out a complete set of parts which resulted in additional plumbing fees for installation. The manufacturer did send a replacement part but placed the blame on me and my plumber, accusing that we had thrown away a substantial part, which was certainly not the case. Whilst Tapstore.com were helpful in arranging replacement parts via Acquapuro, they were unable to offer redress. Appalling experience.

Awful service. Website accepted an order on next day delivery. The customer service team then notify me that item is out of stock 3 hours later. Now too late to order from another supplier for next day delivery.
