I have no regrets about choosing to use ABD Ltd for my home renovation project. Joe was very clear about what would need to be done and how he was going to go about the work with a straightforward contract (in plain English) and work schedule so I could keep track of work as the project progressed. This is the first time I have worked with Joe Cole and All Build Developments who I chose originally for their good reputation and approachability. I was impressed from the off when even before the job was his Joe provided me with good advice. Anything that came up as a potential problem Joe not only had a sensible solution but was always communicated to me promptly and with positivity. This helpful and positive approach by Joe and his team continued throughout all stages of the project and comes across as one of the companys values. Any construction job has the potential to have problems but with
