Terry installed the boiler 7 years ago and still had all the details to hand and when we asked him to service it he came at the time agreed and properly examined and worked on it which is very different to the diagnostic 20 minute test with no other action that large contractors offer. We felt confident that the job was done properly and by someone we know and trust

Our house - and along with it, our central heating system - was extended twice before we moved in 27 years ago. As a result, our heating system is convoluted and has never worked satisfactorily. Over the years, many heating engineers have visited but none has been able to identify the problem, let alone solve it. Terry's expertise and perseverance enabled him to demonstrate that hot water was not flowing properly around the system and to resolve this issue by installing a new boiler and reconfiguring the pipework. I called Terry late on a Saturday to a broken down boiler belonging to an elderly relative. He arrived at the premises exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, called me to explain and I authorised the repair. It was repaired and the heating was back up and running a couple of hours later. Wouldn't hesitate to call on him again or to recommend his services.
