I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a chair from them on 3rd October. Still not received it, no shipping information provided. I have emailed them and sent messages through Facebook, but they have not replied. I have tried to call them but they don't answer their phone. Really terrible service. I have had to raise this as a dispute through PayPal now

Avoid at all costs. Have a section on their site called next day delivery where they actually use the cheapest couriers that can take up o
to weeks to arrive . Then blame delay on corona virus. The worst kind of 'business's/scam. Recommend requesting refund via your bank as these guys just dont care or are having severe issues.

At first I was a little afraid, because no one was answering my calls or messages on Facebook, but at the end I tried with the email and got help instantly. So I recommend contacting the company via mail if you have any questions. The delivery was also really fast.

Ordered a Dynamic Iris operator chair and I'm so pleased with it!! Best price for this chair on the internet. There was a slight delay but it's because it was being made to order and when I emailed the team they communicated well with me. Lovely stuff

CalypsoHBOperatorChair. This chair was the cheapest I could find. I knew the type of chair as very common in offices so would know if defective or poor quality in some way. The chair meets all my DSE requirements and am very happy. There was a piece missing but a couple of contacts and in a few days it arrived. I note the negative comments. My chair was packed ok it could have been a little better but there was no damage. The chair was a little late arriving by a day or two. The company seems to be very busy and i don't know how many employees they have it could be only 1or 2 people. I found telephone
