Business Details
We are Hazael Design, a family-owned and operated business with over twenty years of experience in crafting unique, hand-made furniture. Our expertise lies in transforming reclaimed timber and metal into functional, original designs that blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary styles. We specialise in creating bespoke pieces tailored to individual requirements, ensuring each item reflects the character of its materials. Our workshop, based in Dorset, serves clients across the UK and internationally, providing solutions for homes, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and interior designers. We are committed to sustainability by rescuing timber from demolished buildings, giving it new life as durable, aesthetically pleasing furniture. Our process involves careful selection of materials, often over a century old, to ensure quality and uniqueness in every piece.
We pride ourselves on our ability to craft items ranging from small cabinets to large wardrobes, chairs, tables, and mirrors, all built to last. Client satisfaction is central to our work, and we offer free quotations for custom projects, accommodating any size or design request. Our dedication to originality ensures no two pieces are identical, making each item a testament to our craftsmanship. We continuously strive to balance old and new, allowing the inherent beauty of reclaimed timber to shine through in every creation. Our teams passion for natural shapes and materials drives our innovative approach to furniture design and production.
