I was very disappointed with my experience at this shop yesterday. I had seen the Tiny Kitchens on the website and telephoned to ask about them, stating specifically which model I was interested in purchasing. I was told that there were some on display and so made an arrangement to go and see them. Due to caring responsibilities this required a bit of organisation. When I got to the shop the model was not on display, just other versions. The person in the shop was not the person who I had spoken to earlier and lacked knowledge. He was only able to show me the same website picture on screen that
