Business Details
We began our journey in the early 1990s, crafting furniture from a draughty old barn in rural Dorset. Initially working alongside my brother, we focused on freestanding pieces in the country style. Growing up as the son of an antique furniture dealer gave us a deep appreciation for historic craftsmanship. We honed our skills through antique restoration projects in England, Sydney and Los Angeles before establishing our own workshop. Since the late 1990s we have specialised in designing and making bespoke pieces by commission, using a variety of hardwoods. Our expertise now encompasses fitted furniture, particularly kitchens, utility rooms, bedrooms and home offices.
We also continue to create freestanding furniture, whether as part of a fitted kitchen or as independent statements. Every kitchen is designed and crafted in our New Forest workshop, close to the Hampshire and Dorset border. Each design is tailored to the individual client's specification, ensuring a truly bespoke and unique result. We pride ourselves on not being limited to a set range, instead shaping every project to the client's personal tastes for functional beauty. Operating across the New Forest, Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and further afield, we bring our handcrafted expertise to discerning homeowners.
