Ordered tv stand for 449 in January and paid extra for assembly. I accepted that delivery was delayed due to COVID. Eventually I was given a delivery date. Im self employed and took a day off and the day before I was phoned and told they couldnt make the delivery . I was also told that the unit was damaged during assembly. I was given the option of taking delivery on another date of the damaged item on the basis they would order another and replace it when it was received. I accepted this . The unit was delivered and the top badly damaged and the middle leg giving support and stability

We had to cancel our order after three months of persistent delays. When the order did arrive to the UK, we were told some parts were left in Italy.
Nonetheless, communication was fine and the full amount was refunded via bank transfer within a few days.

Great Company would not hesitate to order again.
hunted high and low for a black sideboard that was not a million pounds and could fulfil delivery this century due to covid and Brexit, Sena Furniture were honest, informative, reasonably priced and most of all stuck to their estimated timeframe in fact was ahead of the proposed delivery date which was great, absolutely love our sideboard its great quality and looks like it would cost more than it did, would highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture.
