Nice products, terrible customer service.
Ordered a sideboard 6months ago.
Expected delivery 8-12weeks at that time. No communication from them since. I have to chase, each time the delivery is pushed back. The last delivery date has now been missed. Still no communication! Typical of what I've now come to expect. A refund is not possible would loose my deposit. What a joke. Wouldn't mind waiting so much if was kept informed. Also received a sofa 3mth ago which is lovely but had a fault, took 3 phone calls, an email and a visit to the store to get the replacement. Nice products. Terrible

Bought new settee and cuddle chair excellent quality lovely helpful people who work in the shop 10 out of 10 to the 2 lovely delivery men the had a job on getting it into my house never winged and did a brill job

Spent about 1800 here on various pieces of furniture including 2 dining chairs. After opening the box we found out they were the wrong ones. Contacted Rooms on this matter and told that they would order the correct ones. A MONTH later after several pesters I was told they were ready. I asked to pick they up at the store and they agreed. I got to the store and the chairs were wrong yet again and I'd have to wait another week. Very, very annoying. Especially as I'd driven an hour round trip for this. Think they need to take on more staff to deal with customer service. Will be making second thoughts
