We were plesently surprised, there were no pushy sales people, when we did ask for help they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us time to try and talk on our own without hovering. Cant rate them highly enough.

The service in the shop was very good and my wife appreciated talking to two individuals who attended the same school as her. The carpet fitters arrived promptly and did a perfect job of fitting the whole house. Well done to everyone involved, they did an excellent job.

3 bedrooms, hall & stairway all stripped of old carpet as agreed with their surveyor ( very helpful guy). Graham the fitter arrived midday Friday. Stayed less than a minute and stormed out saying 'cancelled, contact office'. Major disruption over weekend until 2 fitters came Monday to rescue the job. No follow up contact from CB. Won't be rushing to use again.
