We've had a number of the products from Elglaze over the years. All of which we've been happy with. This weekend the lock failed on our front door and despite it being some years since it was fitted they've immediately set to and called a locksmith. Perhaps it shouldn't have failed, but these things happen. What is beyond reproach is the aftercare.

We were pleased with the initial service from elglaze but our new composit door started to leak. We had someone come to look at it in February and it was broken further. We were told we would get a replacement and have now waited 10 month with no communication from elglaze. We have called multiple times and been fobbed off, we requested a call back from the manager months ago and no call back. I sent an email which was ignored. I have now sent a Facebook message, requested a call back from the manager again and send another email. Please respond to us.
