The Directors are Richard Nevines BSc MRICS, Andrew Archibald BSc (Hons) MRICS and Andrew Hancock BSc (Hons) MRICS. The existing business and client base has been developed for over 30 years. Richard Nevines advises property occupiers, landlords, financial institutions and their professional teams on property valuations and appraisals for loan security; corporate finance; litigation; company; partnership and recovery purposes.

The methodology and report presentation is highly governed and varies between sectors and the purpose of the valuation. Keygrove are a Regulated Firm of Chartered Surveyors and our valuations can only be undertaken by our Regulated Valuers at Director level.
