The showroom is beautiful, full of lots ideas and stunning products. Our bathroom was designed by Kat, who I really enjoyed working with. From the initial designs that included things Id not thought about, plus really accounting for the bathroom being a family bathroom, to communication, choosing beautiful products, knowledge of fitting and helpful ideas along the way. Kat's gold dust, everything you want and so rarely find when doing these projects. I was also impressed with Matt who made the delivery. He must be a one in a million delivery guy. He was careful, considerate, neat, understanding

Rebecca was extremely helpful from our first visit to the selection of our floor tiles from their superb range. We did experience a problem but this was resolved by Gavin in a timeous and professional manner. Our floor now looks great. I would (and have) recommend Artisan.

We were attracted in by their sale offer in the window. Initially pleasent and polite, however, we were made to feel inadequate as our budget wouldn't meet their minimum installation cost. We were offerred option of buying select items and finding our own bathroom fitters but found that a bit patronising. Appreciate their honest approach may suit some but our 1st impression wasn't a good one.

A really disappointing experience, we spent a huge amount of money (17k) and every aspect was faulty. We tried to address them and the team did react but everything was defective. After nearly 5 months the bathroom still isnt finished and we are still awaiting final visits to rectify the issues. The tilers were great though!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The CAD design process was so exciting, bringing it all to life and considering options we hadn't thought of, they really know their stuff! So very happy with my new luxurious bathroom!

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we entered the shop. We dealt with Toby throughout and nothing was too much trouble (despite changing our minds lots of times). Super impressed with the fitter they recommended, and overall we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new bathroom.
