Excellent service from Lauren & Gavin at Furniture By Lauren. I ordered a further two 3-Seater Sofas with a matching Ottolong, and, one Armchair plus matching Ottolong for a different room to go with two 4-Seater Sofas purchased around 20 months ago - all dealt with over the phone. Lauren will tell you if something/fabrics will match or not! Gavin goes the extra mile to ensure that you are 100% happy with your order choice before passing through to the manufacturer. Delivery was within the proposed timescale and Gavin & James took great care to place the pieces in their relevant rooms, being very

An absolutely first rate company to buy from! From first meeting Lauren everything was explained politely and without trying to suggest one make over another. We chose two recliner chairs that were manufactured to our specification in a reasonable time frame and delivered by Gavin and James who assembled them and made sure we were completely happy with them, even returning to provide cushion pads to the feet. I cannot praise this company highly enough!!

Spoke to Gavin, who gave me a great offer on the sofa we were looking for. We had almost instant response to any queries we made including changing the colour of our sofa in the order. We were given enough notification before the delivery. They were simply amazing with great level of care, taking off the front door, going through 3 narrow corners of the flat. They are a great example of how a sofa company
