To be honest when I saw the number of 5* reviews I thought it implausible that anybody could have such positive feedback. I work in marketing and it is just unheard of. But having just had two locks upgraded with Lockforce I can genuinely see exactly why they're so well reviewed. Exactly what you want from a service: transparent, punctual and competitively priced. They even went over and above to fix an issue they noticed with my door for free. Top stuff guys!

It was so easy to arrange everything and on the day Carl arrived on time and dealt with the problem quickly, explains clearly what the issue was and how he fixed it. Carl could not have been better. I contacted him on a Sunday and he replied very quickly. I sent him some pictures and he had an idea what repair was required. He came at a time that suited me and quickly diagnosed the problem (was something else) and fixed, there and then.
