The Engineers that installed our heating / cooling system are a credit to their company for the professionalism and detail to workmanship. Throughout the installation we where informed of the process at each stage. This heating / cooling system will serve us all year round and blends in with the property's character.

Otter South West removed our Oil fired boiler and replaced it with a state of the art Air Source Heat Pump. The Team were polite, courteous and tidy throughout the installation. The work involved replacing all the pipework and installation of the new equipment, all while I was working from home. I would recommend Otter South West to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out their plumbing needs.

Made a technical error when installing 10 boilers which resulted in various faults and lost money to each of the 10 owners. Would note accept responsibility or settle a small claim for compensation. Would not recommend.
