Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and quality carpets. Samples were readily available. Ferguson's supplied us with a very large carpet with a bound edge which couldn't be done by 2 large national flooring companies. Would definitely recommend.

So disappointed in this company. I believed the company to be a professional local company when I asked them to fit a kitchen floor in mid August. It was agreed that fitting would take place in mid October. Communication was lacking but a fitting date was arranged for 11th Nov but nobody turned up. A further date was arranged for 12th , office promised me that company would be with me at 9am , but by 1pm , nobody had shown up. I phoned the office and It was obvious that staff were embarrassed and couldnt really give me an explanation , I then cancelled . Bear in mind that I was left with white
