Terrible!! Turned up over an hour late, was told (in about 30 seconds) that they couldn't fix it and was still charged 106, despite the "no fix, no fee" on their website. The customer service was also incredibly rude and kept speaking over me. Would NOT recommend.

I wanted to install a new boiler, however I didn't know how to start the research. Contacting this company was a great decision as they solved all my worries to a great extent. The call centre went through the process of installing a boiler in detail, suggested high quality ones and offered a good price!
