The guy could not solve the problem and promised, he will come back. Waited for him as we thought he was trustful, but he never turned up. That means he do not even know, what plumbing means. At least if he tell us he will not come back, we could call other professionals and won't wait for him with a small child. Untrustful, unprofessional!

I selected this plumber because of the reviews listed on google. The chap (Michael) failed to show up twice -one of these he'd promised me he was only 10 minutes away. No courtesy call, just didn't show up. Eventually I got him round to give me a quote, which he promised in 2 days. 5 day later nothing has arrived despite by nagging and his promises. This service falls down at the very beginning -being punctual and honest which probably speaks standards for the rest of his work.
