We were really pleased with the service from Instinctive Flooring every step of the way - from initial enquiry in shop to installation. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and gave us options at different price points so it never felt like a 'hard sell'. They fitted us in as soon as they were able to, which we were very appreciative of as my wife was heavily pregnant. The workmen were efficient and kept us informed of expected timescales. They worked late one evening so that the job was done in 3 days and cleared up well (not always our experience when we have had other work done by different companies

From the start the whole process was professionally dealt with from the explanation about the product , its quality and the ordering and fitting process .
Amtico Flooring is not cheap but it was gratifying that Jack took time to explain the product and how it compared to other alternatives. After further research we decided to go with Instinctive Flooring because of the time taken by Jack , his knowledge of the product , the quality of the product and the detailed explanation of fitting . Once the order was placed ,after the detailed t and cs were explained ,and the fitting date was agreed

I'm absolutely over the moon with my new Amtico flooring in the kitchen. The whole team were excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. Shop local guys and you won't regret it.

Excellent service. Our new carpets and stair runner look fantastic. Although we experienced an issue with the carpet when it was initially fitted due to a manufacturing defect, it was quickly resolved and re-fitted free of charge. Highly recommended and great customer service.
