Niall has helped me several times in the past and this December, he was able to help me resolve two emergency situations in the week leading up to Christmas, At a time when another national organisation was unable (due to severe staff shortages) to respond for 2-4 weeks. Was able to diagnose a fault on our boiler remotely (via what's app when covid meant a site visit was not possible), and advised of a simple fix which worked. We've also used them on previous jobs and found they are reliable and fix the problems in hand.

I cannot recommend Niall enough. We were without hot water and called as an emergency on a Sunday. He took time out of his busy schedule to call me and walk me through the possible issues. Needless to say it was fixed in a matter of minutes, saving us a lot of time and money. Professional, quick service and a real effort is made for customer satisfaction as he even contacted later in the day to make sure all was okay. So pleased we came across him in our search.

After being let down by other plumbers and heating engineers in the past, we stumbled upon Niall's Plumbing & Heating. From the start, Niall, was responsive to our messages and promptly came round to assess the work (underfloor heating issue). We booked a date and Niall turned up early - never seen a tradesman do that before! Niall seemed knowledgeable about the work required and although there was a delay in the repairs being completed, due to parts not being available - the work was completed in an orderly and timely manner. The underfloor heating is now working and we have faith/trust in Niall
