Cannot fault the service provided by Oakley Windows. Friendly, approachable and competitively priced. After experiencing the pushy, sales focused tactics of other window suppliers, Oakley Windows were a breath of fresh air. Thoroughly recommended!

Contacted Steve who came round on Thursday. I was told he would send the quote the following day then when I checked with him he told me it would be after the weekend I contacted the company on Monday and was told he would try and get it to me that afternoon I realised it was an unreliable company and decided to look for a better one as the after sales service would probably be a lot worse if they treat you like this before you bought the product

Had front fitted last year, they have been called back at least 3 times because door not fitted properly . On the last visit we were informed the door is warped and they would have to order us a new one. We have been waiting months for the new door, after numerous calls to them and excuse after excuse, we still have not got the door. I wouldn't touch this company again and been telling friends not to purchase anything from them. Social media is my next port of call and then Citizens advice. Avoid at all costs.
