I called this company asking them to fit carpet that was taken up by my builders and to re-fit it upstairs. They asked me for measurements (rough) for which I provided. They promised me that they would call me back with an indication of price (which they did, within half an hour or so), they gave me a price which seemed reasonable. The downfall is that they asked me for full payment upfront, which they say is their standard way of doing business. The only thing they had to provide in terms of materials were grippers. I therefore decided not to use them and I would STRONGLY urge anyone that are
