I am absolutely delighted with my rug made especially for my husband as his Christmas present. The customer service was second to none and I was kept up to date with the order throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone interested in purchasing something a little personal and different.

Good company to deal with - helpful and responsive. I ordered a custom rug to my design, I think it was a fair price for the product. I am very pleased with the rug and the whole process was enjoyable.

We designed this rug to accompany a set of stained glass doors in our new home, a converted chapel in Wales.
Rug Couture was with us from start to finish. Excellent customer service and really great at communicating. Worked with us to select the colours for the project by supplying samples of the chosen wool type. Kept us informed every step of the way. Really can't fault Rug Couture. Top class company, top class product. Very happy customers.
