Terrible ! The owner was rude and told me to get someone else. I made appointment before Christmas to deal with 2 dripping taps. I waited an hour which was agreed.
No-one turned up at the appointment time so I phoned. ....An abrupt "Hello" and a pause. I was polite wishing the man A Happy New Year. The owner, I presume, had no recollection of the appointment but finally checked his paperwork, I was due to have a named gentleman..."He's on another job..... I pointed out how long I had been waiting.... further conversation took place but finally I was interrupted by the owner saying very abruptly
