We are E M C Builders, a building construction company based in Leicester serving the East Midlands. Our team comprises highly trained tradespeople, including plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and roofers, who bring a wealth of experience to every project. We specialize in domestic, industrial and commercial building works, ranging from small house maintenance tasks to major extensions and full rebuilds. Since launching our scaffolding division in 2014, we have provided inhouse scaffolding services across Leicester and the wider East Midlands at competitive rates. Over the past five years we have completed more than 500 insurancerelated projects, working directly with loss adjusters and main contractors. Our experience encompasses home extensions, new builds, refurbishments, escape of water claims and firedamaged property repairs, including full external and internal reinstatement.

We routinely undertake full or partial roof repairs, internal refurbishments caused by water damage, underpinning and subsidence works, and projects requiring DDA compliance. We also handle insurance claim repairs to listed buildings, preserving historic fabric while meeting modern standards.
