All staff previously employed where transferred as Employees to the new company. This knowledge of oil heating was further expanded in the late 1990's to include gas heating along with installation of heating systems, and full maintenance packages. We have undertaken Training and are Qualified to Install, Service and Maintain Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems and can fully comply with Building Regulations Part G3. We Can also Design, Specify and Install Bespoke Thermal storage Hot water systems that can be heated by Oil and Gas Boilers, Solar Thermal, Air source Heat pumps, Wood and Pellet Boilers.

The Scheme timeline has been extended from the end of March until 12 months after the start date, great news if you are considering to upgrade to a renewable energy Air Source Heat Pump from an Oil Appliance. As Approved MCS Installers of Renewable Energy Heat Pump, we are able to complete works on this scheme, We are seeing heavy demand for this service at present - and will do what we can to assist you in making the right choices.

Shelford Heating Installation Technicians and many of the service technicians are also able to complete general plumbing works, and are either Qualified to City and Guilds, or NVQ Level 2 and 3 which are the basic levels of qualifications for all Plumbing professionals in the UK. All Apprentices within the company past and present have either gained this qualification or working towards NVQ Levels 2 and further enhancing to level 3.
