I bought an Ultimate hot tub from Combined Shipping. It's huge and the jets are really powerful, so really pleased with it. Combined Shipping were ready to deliver really quick but were happy to hold off until I had built the patio for it to sit on. The communication was great leading up to the install. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and made easy work of dragging it around the house without damaging anything. I paid for installation and the engineer turned up on time and commissioned the hot tub and talked me through the chemicals as he did the first dosing. All in all, very smooth

Took delivery of The Rose hot tub in October 2021. Delivery was delayed due to covid and delivery driver shortage. The guys delivering it were excellent and sited it in no time at all, no mess and no damage. I connected it, filled it, added the chemicals and after the water settled down it was ready to go. Been using it most days since, so relaxing. My only problem was with connectivity to the blue tooth. All the instructions did not apply to my tub. The actual connection was P20, not bt speaker as was suggested in all the literature. I stumbled on the answer when I looked at the bluetooth unit

Save your money and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. They take your deposit and do not provide any updates. Once I canceled my order and requested my deposit back, they did not apologize for the horrible customer service they had shown me.

I ordered a hot tub and went eight weeks without a single update. They took my deposit and ignored me. Continuously told me, there is no update, even with a promise made of 4-6 week delivery. Do not conduct a transaction with this company and invest your money somewhere else. Anytime I spoke to an employee, I was met with rude snarky remarks. I asked for updates almost every other week and was brushed off in a most rude tone of voice. I do not recommend this company, at all!!!

A very poor business to deal with. Absolutely no communication from them in relation to the order placed and after waiting over seven months for the tub to arrive it wasn’t the one we’d ordered. Quite frankly we were lied to along the journey with them and were only advised that it wasn’t what we’d ordered of the day before delivery. Apart from… anything else, imagine the upset this has caused. Never received the tub, order cancelled. Their customer focus is non existent and they absolutely do not care. Brought a rose hot tub from these guys. From the reviews and Facebook I knew there would be some time to wait but it’s worth it for the price you pay. Things happened beyond their control like the canal blockage, delays at port, transport delays, but I could keep informed from the Facebook group. It’s arrived and it’s perfect. Delivery guys and installer were excellent. We have convinced a family member to get one and use these guys so if I recommend to my mum you know it’s a good product / service because if not I’ll never hear the end of it
