Initially the company was great, I first emailed about a replacement lid and lifter on the 23rd of January and was told to wait a few months because of a back log on orders which was fair enough, it’s is now mid November and I again requested the same order I have been all year and I’m being told next month yet again although I can purchase a new hot tub online and it comes with a lid. Customer service has been awful and I received an email back saying go to another company… shocking service wouldn’t recommend

Direct Hottubs have been great from start to finish. I have had my Hot-tub for about 4 months now and it is great. Direct hot tubs are always there to help and can’t do enough. I had a problem with my Bluetooth and contacted them and they had a new one sent out within 4 days. Great service and would highly recommend them. I live in Scotland and… they don’t do an installation service up here but it was so easy to set up so it was not a problem and they would have talked me through it anyway if I needed help. Ordered in February……. Was promised delivery 18th April. No updates and had to continuously chase for responses. Staff initially were really helpful in answering questions and responding but it soon became apparent that we were being fobbed off and not getting straight answers. Eventually we were so fed up that three weeks ago (mid June) we ordered… a tub from luso spas. When I wanted to cancel I was told that direct hot tubs/ combined shipping could pull some strings and give me one of their commercial customers tubs within two or three weeks. I still cancelled because there

Awesome service from the team today. Delivery gents (apologies can’t remember their names) were professional, friendly and efficient.... a pleasure to deal with. Installation guy turned up an hour later and set everything up and just spent a lovely evening relaxing!!! Thanks to the whole team
