Just bought a 6 seater jacuzzi hot tub, fantastic experience from walking into the shop through to delivery. I must admit I felt for the guys delivering as it was chucking it down but they just carried on regardless. Very informative explaining in detail how it worked and what we needed to do.

We had our new hot tub j375 delivered two weeks ago. Polite helpful delivery men and explained everything while they were setting it up. I would recommend anyone considering buying a new hot tub to go through hot tub studio. We have been in ours every day, we absolutely love it.

Fantastic service from Andy from start to finish. The install was seamless and we would happily recommend Andy to anyone looking for a hot tub. As first time tub owners we were pretty clueless but Andy is incredibly patient and helpful.
