Fantastic service, products and after care
I have to say that Verdi Home Improvements have been absolutely fantastic. I have recently had a conservatory and a new front door. Few fine tweaks were needed but nothing has been an issue even though they were quite small problems they have always responded quickly and efficiently. My latest problem was that my new puppy dog chewed some bits on new front door. Again, it was not a problem Sandra as always came to my rescue and organised sending out some spare parts for me.
Would like to say a big thank you to Sandra. She is absolutely fab to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her. Virdi lucky to have her. Also big thank you to the whole team as they always turn up when they say they are going to and always sort out any issues brilliantly. Would not hesitate in recommending them

Brilliant. Service was just brilliant. The salesman Ryan Halliday was friendly, helpful and attended to our every need. Communication was great throughout. The workmen Adam and Richard were fantastic. Attention to detail was key. We had our whole house done. 7 windows, French doors and an arched doorway and front door. The quality is amazing. Were so happy with the whole experience.
Theres only one thing that I can say thats slightly negative.
They dont update their records. So I kept receiving calls asking me if I wanted to follow up on the quote they gave me. It happened so often it became comical. Im looking forward to the next time they call so I can tell them how great a job they did.

Phil & Brett came all the way from Leicester to Cornwall to rectify another window companys cock ups (luckily they have now gone into administration) they both were extremely professional, nothing was never to much! You could tell that Phil had been in the trade for many years due to how he worked! They both worked to a very high standard. If there was any issues they did there best to get them rectified before they left!
They both cleaned up afterwards, which they didnt have too but they insisted. They both have great customer service skills and were very easy to talk too! Thank you both for finally giving us the windows and doors that we paid for several years ago but never received!

Contacted Verdi after being let down by another company. I found Verdi staff very helpful in helping us to choose a new external front door. The fitters did an excellent job and although there was a bit of a delay in fitting the glass, the end product is very eye catching and we are very pleased with the results.
