We asked Tim at Stilings to carry out a full building survey on a property that we intended to buy in the Bridgwater area, we knew it had issues but nothing quite as serious as it had! Tim really has your best interests at heart and keeps you up to date with everything through out always with a quick response. In the end we decided to pull out and I thank Tim for his expert advice. He has most probably saved us from buying a money pit.

My husband and I recently asked Tim to survey a property that would have been a very significant investment. He did a superb job highlighting issues that only his expertise, thoroughness and attention to detail could reveal. We asked Stilings to carry out a full Building Survey of a house we were intending to buy. The report was extremely thorough and included many supporting photographs. Tim was very helpful by talking us through some of the more significant findings and providing guidance on the actions that would need to be taken should we choose to proceed with the purchase. This information enabled us to make an informed decision. We will definitely ask Tim to inspect any future property that we are interested in before completing a purchase.

Spoke to Tim over the phone for a half hour regarding a homebuyers survey. Unfortunately he had surveyed the property before so was unable to do a survey on the one we were looking into (due to conflict of interest) but was so incredibly helpful and thorough with the property we were looking at and raised several concerns we hadn't been aware of. Extremelly useful, can't recommend enough.
