I have contacted this management company on several occasions by phone and email regarding rubbish left outside one of their properties which is opposite my home it has now been left since before xmas and they have completely ignored my complaint and haven't even bothered replying to my email I know their office has been closed due to lockdown but they have a notice up with contact details and that they are working from home.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Have been waiting to hear back from yourself for over a week every single day I rang and no one bothers to get back to me! They also say well ring you back but I wouldnt hold my breathe with them!
